User Contributed Package: Hiawatha 11.5

Hello All.
I thought I would learn how to make packages out of what I personally use and make them available to whoever wants them. I didn't find a user contributed package section on this forum so my apologies if there is a section and I did not see it. I will provide a link now since it doesn't seem packages can be uploaded in the forum. I didn't add any descriptions and I believe I had to add a couple of dependencies. I built it in 901 but it may work in older FatDogs. If any moderator wants to move this post and/or put the package with the others, be my guest.
