I just tried installing Kubuntu on my laptop coz I wanted to play with the hybrid graphics and they claimed it was easy to switch between intel and nvidia. My experience is not even close to what I was expecting. My i7 performed horribly and was so slow and it was the first time in my linux life I got a warning saying my computer is not supported because of some features in Kubuntu. Was disappointed as I've installed Kubuntu in the past and was impressed. This time I'm trying Xubuntu

Testing new BWPUP64 07 with old save, everything is ok till now
Picom, cortile, jwm, 380mb idle / 1.5gb open firefox / no cortile, Picom, yad, conky around 300mb idle

Nice! That means I can finally try installing the nvidia 535 and test bumblebee primusrun for my hybrid graphics

It's all customizable out of the box Whatever you say, KDE has come a long way since 2012.She's really good at this stage

I've never seen my laptop look this elegant. Love the oxygen theme. Could use this all day and the performance is not bad at all (booting from usb external drive too). Great Job @Sofiya !

Hello guys, this is my desktop.

I use picom --experimental-backends to get the blur effect. And I think it's worth it، especially if you have around 100mb~ of RAM laying around.

I came upon some new desktop computers, and I loaded about 6 OS's on them. These are the first desktops I have owned with 16GB of ram. Fabulous. So here's F96 tweaked and I have it loaded with jack audio apps. Also I have a set of bash functions I wrote to manage todo lists and calendars, and used a gtk script with a timer that @mochi posted along time ago and I've adapted to many different uses, so my todo lists and schedule stayed displayed on the desktop from startup.

I gotta learn how to customize the way you do @geo_c

@pp4mnklinux thank you, I see you change a little bit the fxfuss original appearence because by default comes with the appmenu-gtk-plugin to look almost the same as a mac menu
