This distro is the one of the most Premire Distros the PLDF has ever presented!

I have been wondering how to bring this to the attention of everyone on the PLDF forum and beyond; if for no other reason than to download and boot to witness! Stability, simple maintenance, admin tools, and look at the PERFORMANCE!

This video is a testament to the wisdom of @Sofiya efforts for this KLA version and the KLV version with KDE. These KDEs we have "led" most of the distros in the industry when these KLs were produced. Its only in the last 4 months that the major Linux players are catching up to the productions @Sofiya has given us in a feature complete packaging. It also includes PUPPY admin utilities that members have used for years in forum distros such as for SAMBA, etc.

KL's and the technologies implement by @Sofiya, @wiak, @rockedge, @fredx181, @geo_c and the many others have instrumentally moved this KL sub-forum to be one of the best set of distros that are current in Linux technology ahead of all other forum distros, to date. The KDE versions given us by @sofiya are not only beautiful, but swift in performance, and MOST IMPORTANTLY...STABLE!!!

Not much less as additional dependencies are added to the wayland

Asking on couple other Linux platforms, they say "Less for the developers to support as wayland replaces x11. Less work in builds ..."

ARCH announces on Distrowatch a new ISO file release. Updated GRUB2, plasma, QT6, Wayland, KDE... Thought this would be of interest.

5 of the top 10 most popular distros on Distrowatch are OOTB KDE-plasma-Wayland distros. Amazing as each have settle on this config as the simplest for user use and has less user complaints as the package are stable. Less work on their part as they concentrate on their system bases rather than desktops for OOTB operations.

Yet, I find the KLA and KLV KDE versions great performers!!! ("I may be bias'd")

The ONLY current advantage 4 of them have, to me, is they detect and load the nvidia driver for 1 of my test desktop PCs OOTB. Less hassle to get the video adapter card to behave in desktop use.

P.S. Should KDE.org know of these KL releases so that they can list these home-growns on their site with the other 12 currently there?
