Yes Germany does also have a President.

Fatdog is not Puppy Linux

The developers of Fatdog say that clearly.

Fatdog was born in 2008→ as a derivative of Puppy Linux. Since then it has has grown to become an independent 64-bit Linux distribution that maintains the Puppy spirit but is not Puppy.
