I'm confused - is that the main menu at the right hand side? (Maybe my screen res is too low to see what's going on...)

Love the idea of the menu being fully accesible but subservient to the wallpaper/background.

MikeWalsh does something similar with his background - conky and the menus appear where the background needs them to be...

Sorry - probably had one too many wines tonight - it's just that your "reduced palette" backgrounds and icon sets remind me of TurboPup and the StudioPup "carbon fibre" backgrounds.

If you're talking about 10wt3ch and his PuppyStudio, later Studio4, I used all of his distros until @puddlemoon came out with jackalpup, which brought all of the best elements of a puppy music workstation together using fossapup.

I've spent an enormous amount of time tinkering with backgrounds and icons. It's a hobby. This week I downloaded another 30 or 40 gtk themes as a matter of fact. I'll be uploading another theme pack soon.

The menu on the right is not the main menu. In JWMdesk there is an option on the "Options" tab called "Accessory menu," which might be a fossapup feature, and there are checkboxes to add Places, System, and Utilities to the tray. The menu on the right is Utilities, and I only recently discovered this a couple months back.

KLV-airedale, loaded... I have a theme directory on /mnt/home, and inside KLV I have linked 197 gtk themes and 120 complete icon sets, including mac Big Sur, Win98SE, Win2000, WinXP, Win10, and Win11 sets. So in other words, none of these themes or icons is located inside the KLV system, only symlinks pointing to the theme directory on /mnt/home. The theme box also contains highly organized desktop backgrounds, xfe file manager themes, rox MIME dark icons, and jwm-themes. Install scripts for pups and Kennel Linux distros will be forthcoming when I make this theme collection available.
