I've tried with your recomment. I see there is a difference.

After running the usb_modeswitch command, run lsusb again and post the new id codes for the device. Did they change?

I own one of these 0bda:1a2b devices. I know how to get it working.

Yes,Sofiya. I followed your guidness to install that driver. I changed the method of connection manager and loaded modul. I only saw rtl8821cu pci, but not usb. I tried some module around it in list, but it wasn't succeeded.
So thank you for your kindness.
We will try later.
Sure.

1. Plugin TP-WN823N (support)

# usb_modeswitch -K -v 0bda -p 1a2b
Look for default devices ...

Bus 003 Device 010: ID 0bda:c811 Realtek Semiconductor Corp. 802.11ac NIC

So the device has successfully switched into a wifi adapter.

The next step is to get Sofiya's driver working. It recognizes the 0bda:c811 id code.
Run: depmod -a
Run: modinfo rtl8821cu
Run: modprobe rtl8821cu
Run: iwconfig
