Save operation settings are in the menu -> system -> Puppy Event Manager -> Save Session

1. if i have mounted ssd with windows, even choose boot from usb, puppy wont boot. i mean there are some errors. (so i unmount ssd for the time i want to use puppy...)
Make sure Windows is not shutdown in hibernate mode.
Make sure to do a normal shutdown.
Windows in hibernate mode will not release full control of the computers boot process.

I encountered following problem: firefox doesn't remember set page zoom.
Any ideas to solve it?

what version of Firefox?
Are you talking about the zoom setting you can set in settings->General->Zoom?
