BT/WIFI parental controlled kids cars

these are ride-ons for young children, 3+yo . i need to use my network/BT or android phone to operate the parental override. yes, BT looks odd for the range, but that's what their advertising says.. i'm not going to fight over it, i'm not responsible for their ignorance. i want to use it as a mobile telepresencer device base.
