Hello,
I'm trying Bionic64 and I cannot install WxMp3gain.
I tried to install the Wxmp3gain for bionic32 and for Fossa64 but it doesn't work in Bionic64, and severals others ways.
In the PPM "uninstall" I have, now, a line 'Font end for MPgain" that I cannot remove.
Thank you for your help

Re: How to uninstall WxMP3gain from Bionic64?
Hello,
I want to install Wxmp3gain.
But, first, may be, it should be better to uninstall the "front end for MP3gain" which doesn't work.
Thank you for your help
Re: How to uninstall WxMP3gain from Bionic64?
Doesn't make sense to install 32bit without compatibility sfs or to install Fossa stuff into Bionic.
There's EasyMP3Gain and QtGain available for Bionic 64bit.
At least I got both of them installed and they seem to work.
Sure, there is a way to uninstall stuff manually from the save file or
save folder by simply running Puppy without the save file / folder loaded.
Then removing from the save file / folder necessary files.
Usually they are somewhere listed in /root/.packages.
Bionic Puppy 64bit.
Won't use another one.

Re: How to install WxMP3gain in Bionic64?
Hello,
I installed again wxmp3gain-4.0-i686-bionic.pet in Bionic64, and, this time, it works. I don't understand why it didn't work with the first install.
But, I have still a line in the PPM I cannot remove (see the picture). I don't find it in root/.packages,
Thank you for your help.

Open file /root/.packages/user-installed-packages in a text editor like Geany etc.
I think you may find the line inside this file.
Make a backup of the file,
delete the line in original file and save it.
It should be gone then???
Bionic Puppy 64bit.
Won't use another one.
