Every Fossapup boot I customize the desktop to stay in live mode. It takes anywhere from 8 to 30 minutes.
I decided to remaster removing at least:
Pale Moon (outdated)
Games (except 2)
Figaro
There were two -DEV packages removal warnings from selecting the main packages (one I think for Figaro & the other a game), yet I didn't see the -DEV packages specifically listed for removal by the remaster script dialog.
I also don't remember seeing the opportunity to manually edit the .sfs builds except for /etc and /root.
The plan was then to adrv a custom desktop (e.g., no wallpaper, 2nd tray, modified 1st tray).
My 1st remaster was so buggy it's unusable, I assumed highlighting the technical sophistication/nuance of the distro plus the fact the remaster script is old & carried forward from past releases.
When I pressed the up arrow, 3 instances of mtpaint ran. The two red boxed sections in JWMDesk didn't work when clicked:
The standard Fossapup wallpaper is PERSISTENT & always seems to display, e.g., after a remaster despite being cleared or any time restarting X.
I think I'll get more used to Fossapup but the process is definitely more involved than I expected.
