I deleted this file, but it's not whited-out in a save, nor have I rebooted.
With this approach, Suspend logout dialog still does not work, but the shinobar script does.
I have gotten squirrelly enough in X-Tahr that shinobar's script or logout dropdown Suspend do NOT work, but echo "mem" > /sys/power/state
does. Rare glitch. Dropdown is usually sufficient.
Honestly if there are multiple options (discussing 3 here: shinobar, cli, gui) and one works, I am happy.
