@mr_gs With the latest F96-CE which is based on Fossapup64-9.6 has a network manager that can share internet.
To share files turn on the FTP server or turn on Menu->Network->SAMBA Simple manager and use SAMBA to share files and drives across a LAN.
Or use Menu->Network->PureFTPd FTP Server and connect via ftp client
