derivatives and projects

hi all

this is just a suggestion for the future
as rockedge has done plenty already
and i think the forum is working well at this time

i think
puppy derivatives and puppy projects should be moved out of the advanced section
and put in their own section below the official puppies section

puppy derivatives should be for remasters etc and
puppy projects should be for experiments,hybrids, ideas etc
