@BarryK

Concerning your post:

Hi again, Barry, did you have a look at jingos?

https://en.jingos.com/

Just as inspiration, I know you can do it alone and better :-D

I didn't ever try it, but on the first sight it looks good.

Hmmm @bugnaw333

I don't know, I have only seen it on distrowatch. I didn't try to download coz i don't have a tablet. My last information was that they are planning the same functionality for desktop also, but as far as i know you still cannot run android apps on desktop - only linux progies on tablets ....

@bugnaw333 again ...

Ive tried myself na. Seems HK server really is down, or the link doesn't work. I can't download too.

If searching for long maybe we could find a mirror, but for me it isn't worth it. For desktop I got EasyOS, tablet I don't have, and for cellphone android is enaf also ....

Hehe, one more reply to myself: I dunno anyway what for i need linux on tablet? I even got Android Open Office running on my CP. What linux progies else i need on mobile? I'm not criticizing Barry, but with Android I have everything also. I'm not open source fanatic, paid programmers are delivering good results too.

However, what would really be interesting for me (and for very sure for many others also) would be an integrated system, based on some unix, able to run android apps and Microsoft programs too -without redirections to vmware,, Virtualbox, docker, amazone cloud and else. For me, wine would still be accepted, coz it integrates to the system, you can access your programs like native from the menu..
