Does anyone know how to destroy colors? I like looking at a greyscale display across all platforms. This isn't just aesthetic preference either. It helps with my eyes and brain too. xD

Fairly simple when using an external monitor: Go into menu of your monitor and change saturation to lowest value (in my case -100).
