Hi William. I think it's a pity that all threads here are locked, no one can reply anymore, I've read a good part of the discussion about your decision to do so and understand most of it though.
Still must say that IMHO this change is not an improvement of the Puppy Linux Forum.

I've moved the archive to Other Distros since firstrib itself moved site and frees up main page space for Puppy Linux related active posts. Seems to have moved successfully. Can be deleted altogether if wished but left it since klv project active using parts of it.

I had to re-work the sub forum legend. It was too big suddenly and confusing. Who do I send the invoice too?

It's news to me that we need so much more room for Puppy Linux on this forum.

Odd comment. What do you mean?
You know FIrstRib doesn't use Puppy Linux site any more. That means it is an Other distro from now on so it was a job needing done. What is an admin for?
If you preferred me to ask yourself or Fred to move it that is fine - but I was the one who moderated and arranged that section in the first place.
Couple of seconds to move back (temporarily anyway) if an issue, but why? Feel free of course to move it yourself to some other place to suit your structure better - invoice yourself if you feel that need (it is not my forum and FirstRib is no longer part of this forum (tho I am) hence the structure needs changed either way); but not on PLDF first page please - it is not a Puppy distro and I won't be discussing it on PLDF, which is why the area is locked of course, which Fred was not happy about. Of course Fred and yourself can also unlock whatever you like and discuss with whoever, but hardly correct to leave in Puppy Dogs area when I am not supporting or discussing it here myself.
If you are seriously talking about invoices, surely just a joke (?), then of course it is best to delete the section altogether (indeed I would insist) though I leave that to you and Fred in that case, and I wouldn't want FirstRib forum either if subject to possible invoice charges, which would make no sense at all.
I'm the one most confused now I think.

FirstRib has a MIT opensource license so everyone in the world remains able to use it per that liberal license. My goodness if that wasn't a joke all further contributions and help regarding what I've created and continue to develop would make no sense at all either.

Of course it is a joke. The comment doesn't literately mean I'm expecting anything! It's not meant to be upsetting.

I think it looks cleaner but we'll see if it is helpful to have the sections listed instead.

Sorry for my reply earlier, just feeling disappointed that you are in someway leaving the forum, well, I know you're not really leaving, but sharing your FirstRib/WeeDog development here had great value IMO.
