Mechanical watches periodically become fashionable. Recently, the fashion for wristwatches has just returned (at least in Russia for sure). But again, how long the enthusiasm will last is unknown 
Workshops for the repair of such watches are still working.
I have a watch by which I check if I have lost my hearing While in silence, I can hear them rustling at a distance of a meter... everything is fine. When I have the flu and my ears are blocked, I can't hear them.
Different devices. Different approach.

Well can't say about mechanical watches, but the site itself is designed very well. Its 3d models kinda look cool. I remember once when I opened my old and waste mechanical watch, got out the barrel spring and then couldn't fix it back
