4.19 kernel reason

@debianfan - My early april kernels were for folk with old machines - this kernel is for those having trouble with 5.x.
Like other forum members, I'm having trouble getting kernels to compile. 5.17 won't accept some of my driver source.
I intend to do 5.10 / 5.15 in future. They seem to work. I'm waiting for big changes to settle.
