No need for an PC to build the OS media for the Pi. You'll merely connect the ethernet cable and the Pi hardware does ALL the rest.

I probably won't see it 
I was going to, but I never bought the 4th version of the device (I have versions 2, 3 and 2 pieces 3.5). Today I looked at the prices and walked for half a day with these eyes 
Different devices. Different approach.
