Several months back someone, who used to be a regular on the old forum, registered here and posted a thread about
designing simple, uncluttered, websites. Unfortunately I didn't bookmark it, and have tried, unsuccessfully, to search

Thanks williams2, that's the one I couldn't find.

Thanks also JASpup, you reminded me I couldn't get snoring_cat's dillo to work for me
due to missing libraries. I used to use dillo as a light html doc viewer.
