RasPiOS issues on Pi 400. Mostly to do with display and picking the right resolution

Hello. Long story short, I've been trying to fix something on AmogOS (a riced RaspPiOS) on my Raspberry Pi 400. The overscan issue. Apparently the Pi 4 and 400 don't really do with 1366x768 display. Especially with my Walmart-brand 10" TV. I already the Foundation's forums, but they haven't responded yet.

To put it simply, I just want to get rid of the black bars surrounding my desktop.
