I would like to connect wired internet through static IP address. However, not found any option other than frisbee. Earlier wired static connection was option was available in network wizard. Now not available.

In my Fossapup64 9.5 install, fully updated by using Quickpet->Info->Fossapup updates
menu->Setup->Internet Connection Wizard->Wired or wireless LAN->Network Wizard->Select eth0
