I'll let you try the tools listed and then maybe report back to us which one works for you.

Usually that sort of presented material is a con and suckers you in to something else or puts spyware on your computer.
Take care . There probably will be one that works and does not have spyware but finding it is the difficult part .

Definitely let us know how you go.

The Australian State Governments have all enacted laws to steal your assets on your death. All legal paperwork is binned and all assets seized on one disgruntled child's complaint.Move them well before you die or go into a home.

A "tool" that claims to be able to crack Gmail? I wouldn't touch that with a 10 foot pole. Even if it worked as advertised, you could get into trouble with the authorities for using it.

The use of some of the tools that were published via first post break the law in many countries. It is a condition of using this forum that no material must be posted that may break the laws of any country. Members that do that can be automatically banned at admin/moderator discretion, which is not my purpose. However, I have thus deleted that post. Please and kindly, therefore, do not post information on this forum that have the purpose of hacking peoples' gmail accounts or similar. If people want to search the Internet themselves for such information that is up to them, but it is simply not correct of this forum to publish such material.

Personally I find that post somewhat of an over reaction and unnecessary @wiak .
We all believe in open source here don't we?
Open and free discussion is to be fought for and encouraged .
He didn't say "go here and do this" .he asked for information and opinions on it.

When is lock. Were best for PuppyLinux ?

His engish is not the best but its a question isn't it.

If you take the approach of banning everything that might be illegal somewhere then a lot of relevent material will be missed .
Like use of esp2866 for snooping . network discovery . Frequency useage etc. My own post on recording porn can be illegal in some countries and even the use of alcohol can be illegal.
All countries have different laws ,whose laws are going to be paramount and followed?

no material must be posted that may break the laws of any country

Its a grey shady area to be making such bold statements on. "may break the laws" needs a rewrite to at least "does break the laws" at the very least and "the laws of any country " where some may have ten wives and in another it is a beheading crime or killing your daughter is legal if you feel like it.

You can probably tell I don't like censorship in any form .Most of it falls by the wayside over time anyway as customs and opinions change . But censureship is your game atm and this is a Global forum.

"wiak" sure can speak for himself, but I ask you personally: where did he exercise "censorship"?

So where is the line?

Should we allow people to make drug deals, teach how to launder money or cook meth, or ask "how do I hire a hit man to kill my wife for the life insurance money"?

Anything to "unlock" gmail is obviously a high tech burglar's tool. If it's not illegal, it's because the law hasn't caught up to technology. It's idiotic to think it's smart for someone to take the risk of having that on their forum.

First of all, it's not censorship unless a government does it. This forum is owned and operated by a private individual and he can control what is in it. In fact, he could get into trouble with the authorities for allowing illegal content in the forum.

Exactly. I doubt that rockedge would appreciate having to fight a court battle over something that has nothing to do with the forum he set up and manages.

If it promotes healthy discussion of rules then I believe it is fair to question the actions of moderators and owners .
The points made are correct but in my opinion the action needs to be looked at .
He did not say "go here and do this" did he?

I don't know if removal of just the links is possible .If it is that might be the way to go .
I suspect though removal of the whole post is probably the moderators only choice.
Perhaps there should be a removal of links action for moderators as this would keep the thread mostly intact .
looked at now its an aberration.

Yes but then Google wants to control you so its far more sensible to just not use them.

All in all moderators I think this thread should be reinstated because it has the potential to discuss very poignant issues relating to Googles control of the internet and how to stop that .

We loose immensely of sensible intelligent discussion on the subject if blanket rules are plastered over any forum.

.....in other words, you don't like ANY individual or organisation that says "No" to you in any way, shape or form, OR tries to prevent you from doing whatever you've set your mind to. Even where the legality might be sketchy.

You probably don't like any kind of "authority", either....hmm?

That's OK. You've finally shown your "true" colours. We all know exactly where we stand with you, now. Damn, but you really DO live up to your avatar, don't you..?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

(I'm just remembering those 3 little words that got you banned from the old forum.... I won't repeat them in polite company. I'm honestly amazed poor old Flash put up with you for as long as he DID.)

Some of us have long memories, mate. It's not wise to bait the bear in his den.... You insist on poking him with a stick enough times, you WILL get "smacked". HARD. Way of the world, bud....

(*shrug...*)

And I believe it is just as fair to question the actions of the user(s). There is the theoretical and there is the reality.

Reality is keeping the ship afloat and maintaining steerage....or if this forum could fly....maintain lift. Without some guidelines it would descend into chaos and anarchy.....which in fact would quickly cause technical failure and the forum would crash. That is a fact. I don't care what the philosophical stance is. That will not keep a web server going. It is about BALANCE.

@April when you set up a forum on your own dime and time and run it for awhile get back to me on the state of "censorship" you're providing.

@rockedge No mate I'll leave that to you . Dealing with the public is always a delicate balancing act and I have enough problems with a couple of facebook pages I run.

I hav'nt got the technical knowhow that you obviously have anyway ,so your position is secure ,I can assure you of that :thumbup2:

@mikewalsh Well I guess that hits it on the head . Do you like it if someone says no to you? Sometimes we have no choice and have to cop it. Sometimes we have to reject it and move more forcefully toward what we think right.
The authorities and I have never played together well .

You see if you let them take some ,they will inevitably take it all. Greed and power take over.Nip it in the bud.
How you see that is your own affair.
