No, I don't have to apologize.
The topic "The new Pariah: the unvaccinated" wasn't very different to the topic "Witches Brew". Comparing by the overall theme Corona/Sars-CoV-2.
But my topic had a real issue affecting lots of innocent people being discriminated and separated just for being unvaccinated.
Since some people may remain unvaccinated for healthy reasons not everyone of them is a right-winged, Nazi, Racist, Anti-Vaxxer or conspiracy theorist.
But all the unvaccinated are dropped into the same corner like the above mentioned people.
This is a dangerous road our societies entering and walking down.
....
The funny thing is that I absolutely agree with your view that un-vaccinated shouldn't be discriminated, but... about the deletion of the pariah thread you are missing the point:
- You assume that it had a political reason (censorship) that rockedge removed the thread ?, ... wrong!
It was mostly because of the nasty comments some people made, nothing to do with you or with the subject.
- As you may have read in the "Witch Brew" thread, rockedge was willing to undo the removal of the pariah thread, but simply couldn't because it was really gone.
And that he admitted to have made a mistake and next time lock a thread in such situation.
Nothing "fascist" about that and BTW.. I can't see a difference between calling someone a fascist or calling someone "acting" like a fascist.
When I created the topic "The new Pariah: the unvaccinated" I did NOTHING else to what the creator of "Witches Brew" or "Covid PCR test- eulogy" or "Herd Immunity" or even "Geometry of Space Time" did before and after!
What was wrong with my topic compared to those other off-topic topics?
Did I call anyone by name? No!
Did I harm anyone? No!
Did I discriminate anyone? No!
Did I post conspiracy theorists stuff? No!
Did I try to convince others to not to get the vaccine? No, I didn't!
Again, IMO the removal of the thread had nothing to do with you! (probably rockedge can speak for himself and confirm it, but I can imagine that he got really tired of discussing this (and annoyed being called a fascist))
