localhost app didiwiki: How to share my didiwiki with other Puppys and distros?

How to share my didiwiki with other Puppys and distros?

as I use didiwiki since it is offered at Puppy Linux, I would wish to use my didiwiki pages in more than one Puppy as well as in other distros (Debian f. ex.) where that package is also available.

But ...

... if in Puppy didiwiki save the pages in ~/.didiwiki (normally /root/.didiwiki), this is not so in for ex. Debian, so you can't share your pages under your installation.

didiwiki -h ~/.didiwiki does not work (else after an uninstall)!

where or how can I find the subdir "didiwiki"?

(is the maintener of Didiwiki at Debian perhaps a Puppyist?)

I did found the dir used by didiwiki in Debian:

/var/lib/didiwiki

owner is: didiwiki:didiwiki

NOT THE USER!

the option

Code: Select all

# didiwiki -h /home/theUser/.didiwiki
seems don't to work!

I don't know the commands to stop didiwiki and restart it after doing above command.

the problems seem to come from that different user didiwiki from the different didiwiki group!
