Automate clicks in a website?

Hello everybody:

First of all, its not for ilegal purposes, its because I wanna obtain more clicks than my wife in a video activity with students.

I wanna automate clicks in a web site,.-

Is it possible from PUPPY use something to automate clicks? (I can do it with TOR and deleting history and cache, but I wanna know if I can do it faster)
