I found the start-tor-browser script 
.
Use the text editor and open the start-tor-browser script file (right mouse button click).
Search for the word root, you will see these lines ( highlighted in red in the ellipse)
and comment on the instructions as shown in the figure.
Now you able to run Tor.

Hello everybody.
I wanted to try Tor browser installed by synaptic.
Unfortunately when I launch it from the network section as a program, it gives me this warning that I can't get out of. (image)
I saw on the net that the solution is to find start-tor-browser to fix it as described here (url).
however in my system - Ubuntudog 20.04 - I can't find this script.
Is there anyone who can suggest me a way?
