How are you doing the install?
Specific details??
This will tell us if you are doing the install correctly.

Your problems could be a bad install.
It does happen.
Do a new download of the Fossapup64 9.5 iso.
Delete everything that is on the pendrive. Better if you just do a reformat of the partition on it.
Try a fresh clean new install of Fossapup.

Did this help any?

The things you do not tell us, are usually the clue to fixing the problem.

I have downloaded the iso from the official website. Then used Rufus for inserting it to pendrive .
Then using the live USB.

Is there any ways (Like signature) to verify the iso?

To verify if the iso download is good.
You use the md5 number text file posted here:
http://distro.ibiblio.org/puppylinux/puppy-fossa/
Compare it to the md5 number of the downloaded iso.

But how to get the number from the iso, depends on the operating system, you do it in.
Do a Google search for:
check md5
It will give info for Windows OS or a Linux OS.

Example for Linux:
In a terminal.
Type the following command: md5sum [type file name with extension here] [path of the file] -- NOTE: You can also drag the file to the terminal window instead of typing the full path.
Hit the Enter key.
You'll see the MD5 sum of the file.
Match it against the original value.

If you have a running Puppy version.
Most versions have a program in the menu->Utility to get the iso md5 number.
Checksum Calculator or some similar name.

If the md5 numbers match.
This only tells you the iso download was good.
It does not tell you the install to the drive is good.
