@s243a still working on bringing the wiki and blog code up to speed to run on PHP 7.2+
Once that is done the sites will be transferred.

It is, but in the short term it is available at http://wikka.puppylinux.online
As for the blog, I migrated it to the new server without a hitch. The 'hit map' probably doesn't work but I'll sus that out soon.
https://blog.puppylinux.com is up and secure.
EDIT: got the map working! It updates once daily. Looks like the blog gets plenty of traffic, even tough only 1 post this year.
