Need a little detailed info.
What Puppy version?
How exactly did you burn the iso image to the CD?
You did burn it as an image burn?
If you look at what is on the CD.
If burned correctly, you should see a bunch of files.
What is the computer?
Make and model?
How much RAM is in it?
The things you do not tell us, are usually the clue to fixing the problem.
When I was a kid, I wanted to be older.
This is not what I expected

puppy version: xenialpup 7.5
I burned the image from a MacBook, using the default burner, because balenaetcher wasn't recognizing the cd,
yes it was a image burn, i can see the files inside it
Computer: Acer Aspire 3000
there is 1982MB of ram

Wording matters.
Are you saying you can look at what is on the CD and you see a bunch of different files on it?
Are you saying you can see the Xenialpup 7.5 iso file on the CD and see the files that are in the iso?
