Hangs after opening 3 websites on default browser Chrome. "System Patch Restart Required"

Well, it is as big as Windows.
The download I was offered was 5.7GB in size.
Have not tried using it, yet.
The things you do not tell us, are usually the clue to fixing the problem.
When I was a kid, I wanted to be older.
