Where are you seeing it as v130?
I just updated my installed Firefox ESR and it updated to v128.5
Updated it using it's internal update. Help ->About firefox ->

The regular version of Firefox has a v130, is that what you are looking for?
However, the version number of the latest regular version and the latest ESR version, are never going to be the same number.
they are two different versions of Firefox.
