Cuál sería el programa multi arranque de imágenes ISO de distribuciones Linux que lo permita en un disco SSD SATA, pues ventoy solamente te permite en discos USB

Ventoy will install on SSD. Did you find a restriction somewhere? If you have a secondary drive in your system that you want to become a bootable Ventory setup, this can be done. I have done so to a 2nd PCI drive in the PC.

Do you have some other drive in your system that is commissioned for some other OS...like MacOS or Wins, currently?

With VentoyGUI.x86_64 (that I use) you'll have to select "Show all devices":

Problem may be that it's wiping your whole HDD then if you choose for it (I think, didn't test though), I can imagine that's often not wanted.
