I gave BesGnuLinux a spin, and at first it looked promising. But then I found that internet connection was a bit random. That is, sometimes when I booted it up connecting my wifi was no problem, but on other occasions it wouldn't work at all.
Every time I tried it was from same USB stick, so no idea what's going on or why it should change it's behaviour.
