Language packs for BookwormPup 64

Post by Mzee »

I have converted an Acer 317 Chromebook to Linux. I have tried several Linux OS's, settled on BookwormPup 64bit v 10.0.5, being faster, & runs cooler than any of the others. It even runs cooler than Chrome OS. I need to have a translator in the browser, and require a Simplified Chinese pack. Is there a way of installing one.
Does anyone know how this can be done ?

Firefox has language packs here

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... age-tools/

Is this what you mean? Or did you mean extra languages for the file browser or missing fonts?

With BookwormPup you can use Synaptic to install other languages and language packs. No need to use the PPM.
