How to install and run android 11 in pupylinux?

i clicked only v11 android file, 4-5 files came with it, but there's no start point under any <menu> entry.

You do realize that Android is NOT "just another Linux application", but a completely different operating system? You can't just download
Android and run it in Linux. There may be "Android emulators" floating around that claim to allow a user to use Android "apps" on PCs,
perhaps this is what you wanted?
