When you are using the Pup Clockset program.
In Options tab I assume you have changed the size of the font and clicked on set button.
Now Click on JWM Clock tab.
Select how you want it displayed.
Click on the set button.
That should get it displayed and auto size the display area in the tray.
The things you do not tell us, are usually the clue to fixing the problem.
When I was a kid, I wanted to be older.
This is not what I expected

is this what you mean? opened window, clicked set on each, options first, then screen restarted, but no time/date showing in bottom R corner. i am running swisswatch, but it's been ok before. reboot didnot fix it, may try new system or savefile-i have a spare.

Yes that is the two windows you need to use.
Need to use them in a specific order.
First do the options tab, select each choice, set the size for the font, and select set.
Then go to the JWM clock tab and select what display style and select set.
It works for me, trying a bunch of different options and font sizes, if done in this order of using the windows.

You posted in the F96-CE section, so are you using F96-CE_4 version?
