Are the other package versions compatible?

You're using fossapup64?

Focal is fossa. Ubuntu's version was Focal Fossa

You're asking about repo named puppy-*your_puppy_version*, right?

Some repos in PPM these days are automatically hidden, IDK why. You can enable them through PPM settings, I suppose.
