PDF link on Puppy wikka page a security risk?

I was looking at some of the puppylinux web pages to try to get a better understanding of things. On one of the pages, https://wikka.puppylinux.com/squashfs there was a link to a pdf page "For a guide to the Squash file system see this PDF file.">, https://tree.celinuxforum.org/CelfPubWiki/ELCEurope2008Presentations?action=AttachFile&do=get&target=squashfs-elce.pdf This page gave me this message

Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead

Why is this giving me a security risk? Should I be concerned?

I suspect that this is an obsolete link, anyway.
If you accept the risk and go to the site, you end up with a:

"503 Service Unavailable
No server is available to handle this request."

That file can be found here: https://elinux.org/images/3/32/Squashfs-elce.pdf, although I feel there must be better guides around.
