Gear Lever is a flatpak available on flathub https://flathub.org/apps/it.mijorus.gearlever. Using EasyOS Kirkstone64, i use Gear Lever to manage AppImages. Installation of Gear Lever is easy with Flapi, using customize. It is really helpful to have all your appimages in a single app.
