qemu error I've never seen

Post by spiritwild »

Running qemu 8 on DevuanPup64 chimaera 9.70

I dont recall upgrading anything but I get this error at the prompt.

qemu-system-x86_64: symbol lookup error: qemu-system-x86_64: undefined symbol: gnutls_psk_set_client_credentials, version GNUTLS_3_4

Any ideas on how to resolve ?

This QEMU version did work and now the error has appeared without any updates or other changes to the system itself?

I cant say I didn't install something that broke it, i'm always messing with things untill I screw it up. I usually just reinstall from backup but this time, My backup was corrupt. The usual google search doesn't lead me anywhere. I thought maybe the gnutilities may be the prob but to uninstall that seems to uninstall 30 other programs as well.

I can live without qemu, just thought maybe someone understood the error. It's rather greek to me .
