Where can I download Telegram for fossapup64?

Just download it from the main site:-

It should auto-detect your architecture, and offer you the right download. It comes as a zip package, which contains two items; the Telegram binary, and its updater. Keep these two together in their own directory; it'll auto-update over time, and you can simply drag the binary onto the desktop and tart it up with an icon as your launcher.

No need for a Puppy-specific package; the download will run in Fossapup "as-is". Current versions will now handle video chat, too..!
