I don't know. I only compiled it in OpenEmbedded to support English, French and German.
Extra lang packs must be available. I did a quick search with google:

There are some notes here:

You may need to copy/move the installed files to the place where your default (repo) LibreOffice is installed. For example, on Linux, the downloaded files are usually installed to /opt/libreoffice whereas the default (repository) installation of LibreOffice is in /usr/lib/libreoffice or /usr/lib64/libreoffice or /usr/share/libreoffice.
...in EasyOS, it is /usr/lib/libreoffice
I used my USB stick with EasyOS 3.4.4 US version and added the libreoffice German language pack to it.
After copying /opt/libreoffice7.1 files to /usr/lib/libreoffice libre was good to go for me.
Version info now shows:
I also gave the -ru- version a go.
Hey! Thank you very much @BarryK and @FeodorF , I did it!
1. I downloaded LibreOffice_7.1.3.2_Linux_x86-64_deb_langpack_ru.tar.gz
2. Unpacked
3. Installed three .deb files
4. Copied all new files from folders and subfolders from /opt/libreoffice7.1 to /usr/lib/libreoffice
5. Started Libre Office Writer And voila!
