Hi @sonny , I was wondering if you thought this might in any way work on a NoblePup32 system (with old hardware to boot?)
I'd really like to get into developing apps for the NoblePup32 system & was hoping a tool like gcc could be available to me

You might try using the devx.sfs for NoblePup32 first. It should have plenty of developer tools,
Should be available at same place you found NoblePup32, assuming one was made via WoofCE.

The dev.sfs seems to have had everything I needed to be able to compile C code into an object file. Then take that object file and turn into an executable!
