I assume you posting in the BookwormPup section that bw is BookwormPup.
Which one, BookwormPup32 or BookwormPup64?
Big difference if anyone wants to try the programs you installed.
The things you do not tell us, are usually the clue to fixing the problem.
When I was a kid, I wanted to be older.

seems my Jami 2019 is a dud
newer Jami "all" needs ffmpeg 4.2 or higher
still can't get it going
