Florence keyboard shrank to a thin blue box that I can't expand.

florence kbrd has shrunk to a thin vertical blue box, and i cant expand it. resize is off, is there a keyboard way of fixing this pls. un- and re- installing does not fix it. there must be a config file somewhere i can edit? not obvious.
