Are you saving the SAVEFILE into a Linux partition?

When I use FAT32 (USB flashdrive) I only get a Pupsave file.
However, when I have used EXT2/3/4 it does create a folder.

A save file is all you can make on those formats.

Is this an internal drive?

A USB drive?

For reasons best known to Dell/Intel, I can't make the efi boot selector forget the usb settings. deselecting/removing usb boot, power off, nothing I do will make it forget, unless the power down has to be 30sec or so. HOW do I prove it's faulty, not just a design problem? BIOS V 1.3.5, 2016

edit 1

sda1 not booting/ properly recognised present, but path to bootx64.efi is set to usb.
used gparted to remove all partitions, then crated new omes. was I supposed to re-make them GTP?

edit 2
gtp fixed it. thx all.

/close pls
