I'd like a script that on command, selects ethernet or one of several wifi networks from the desktop. All networks need to be preconfigured for faster easier operation. Specific networks for specific functions. I have some devices with fixed passwords I haven't recorded. Is there a utility to discover them? Thx.
Script to select from several preconfigured networks?

hI @boof
You seem to be asking for a password manager for Wireless network that works somehow with the Wifi solutions built into Puppy Linux: Is that accurate?
I am unaware of such. Maybe there is one that can be used, implemented, and transportable to other PUPs when new PUPs are implemented on your home network.
If none are in existence, this could be tall order as I am also unaware of any standards that both the password file(s) and Wifi products (common APIs) follow to make this somehow universal across all of the PUPs-DOGs in this forum.

Doesn't frizbee hold several profiles I can switch thru? I was looking for a faster way to do that and hold Ethernet off when usind a frizbee profile, with fast restore on quit.

The Network Wizard will store different connection profiles you can select from to use.
You first have to make a profile for each one.
Then in Network Wizard there will be a selection drop down list to select which one to use.
The things you do not tell us, are usually the clue to fixing the problem.
When I was a kid, I wanted to be older.
This is not what I expected
