Fossapup iso files copied to USB won't boot; no OS no flags

Lost boot up, corrupted OS. No $$$_ Have fossapup64-9.5 on USB, and phone, but forgot to set flags, or wasn't avail on w10 library machine. Copied files from iso, not install, no option. Can't boot USB on their PC. No working PC, no internet, no data cable for file transfer from Android ph. Can't find micro USB-to-type A adaptor. Too tired to go back to library. No CDROM. No burn iso to USB option except on pH, see above. Lost USB SD card adaptor. How to fix PLS.

@boof Sounds like a challenge.

So you want to get Fossapup64 to boot from the USB stick that it is on, but the boot flag is not set on the USB partition.

Where do you want to run the Fossapup? You have a copy of the ISO stored one a phone? On the USB stick there is a directory with a Fossapup64 in it as a frugal install?

Do you have a machine at all other than the phone and the ones in the library?

What is it you want to do actually? Boot Fossapup64 on the machine in the library?

No $$$ is mostly a drag, but there are some very resourceful members of this forum that also operate in that zone.
