Cursor 'hotpoint' error in Chrome

chrome, need a large, visible cursor where the hotspot is at the end of the cursor, or i can correct it as needed. current cursor is large blue arrowhead, but the hotspot is 2-3 char spaces left of the apex in some, but not all, websites.
